Abstract： Currently the development and expansion of cultural creativity industry has become an important input for a nation or a region to re-adjust its industrial structure and improve its comprehensive competitiveness. The development of each nation's or each region’ s cultural creativity industry benefits from the education and training of creativity talents. To rapidly promote cultural creativity industry in China, cultivation of creativity talents is the key. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the lagging training methods. A new and multilevelled portfolio strategy should be established for the evaluation and cultivation of cultural creativity talents, so that the structural optimization and innovation of cultural creativity industry can be achieved, and coordinated development between culture and economy will be implemented.
